CITY CLERK/TREASURER

The City Clerk’s Office issues various licenses and permits, maintains resolutions and ordinances, handles records requests, coordinates municipal elections, and works closely with the Mayor, City Council, and Public Works Department.

The City Treasurer processes payments to vendors, issues invoices for City services, collects and distributes taxes and fees, generates financial reports, maintains City funds, and oversees the annual budget process.

PUBLIC WORKS

The Public Works Department is responsible for the support and maintenance of all City infrastructure. Department activities include street repair and preservation, snow and ice control, water and sewer management, grounds keeping, and equipment maintenance.

The 2023 Water Quality Report is available for your review. A copy may be obtained at City Hall or e-mailed to you, at your request. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact City Hall (120 N Main Avenue; 319-842-2692).
